Businesses operating out of coworking spaces are constantly networking, just by showing up to work. As a result, they often have a rolodex full of trusted coworkers they can turn to for their business needs. That’s exactly what happened this month, when Connect’s own Gary Kessler offered up his promotional printing services to some of his coworkers. Gary is a Senior Sales Rep with Weeks Lerman, New York’s largest independently held dealer of office products and services. Gary has worked remotely at Connect Coworking for four years, and has built valuable connections along the way.
Storyteller PR is a lifestyle and entertainment public relations/events and social media/digital firm. They help establish a presence, strengthen a reputation and build a brand. Storyteller PR, which operates out of Connect Coworking, knew they could trust their coworker Gary to print promotional materials for an upcoming event.
News of their collaboration traveled quickly, and soon The Arts Foundation of Tucson and Southern Arizona, which also operates out of Connect, was ready to team up with Gary too. The Arts Foundation is an arts organization and grantmaking organization with the power to build community through the arts in Tucson and Southern Arizona.
Marilyn Johnson of MHJohnson & Associates also needed some banners and promotional for an upcoming summit, and her Connect coworker Gary delivered. MHJohnson & Associates, Inc. is a consulting firm that specializes in the development and management of entrepreneurially focused programs, team building group facilitation and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) interpretation and interactive workshops.
